Session One: Not Knowing and the Restorative Mindset
Session Two: Bearing Witness and the Enrollment Conversation
Session Three: Loving Action and Circle Preparation
Session Four: Non-Attachment to Outcome and the Circle Process
Session Five: Closing Simulation
Session Six: Final Integration

All sessions will be recorded and focus heavily on experiential learning—break-out groups, scenarios and role playing.
