Dear Friends,
Welcome to spring! Even in the era of climate change it’s still important to honor and celebrate the renewal of spring! Just like the rivers as they start to flow stronger (they still do!), the birds as they get more and more excited (they still do!), and the bears as they shake off the winter (still do!), we too are called to come more alive now. At the end of this email I offer you a practice for dropping stress and connecting with the earth and what you really are as a human being.
If you happen to live in the Boulder area, I’ll be offering an afternoon of embodied relaxation and renewal in nature on Saturday, April 7th from 2:00 to 5:00. We’ll welcome the arrival of spring and tap into the natural peace that is always present under the surface of our minds. Blending spiritual practice with time in nature holds potent keys to health and resilience—no matter what’s happening in the world.
If you’re interested, send me an email to RSVP and get location and other details.
I’m excited to be heading back to the Platte River in a few days to welcome the sandhill cranes back as they begin their epic migration. Hope you too find satisfying ways to honor the world and your participation in it in this potent time of transition.
Here’s the link to the spring renewal practice I leave you with. I hope you enjoy it! Natural Peace, Natural Presence.
Yours in the spirit of clarity, healing and effective action,
Scott Brown
