The Relationship Revolution Book Group
Seeding the Revolution
Join Scott Brown for a deep dive into our shared predicament and the foundational remedy—a relational path to co-creating a thriving, life-affirming future.
The multi-dimensional tapestry that holds the web of life together—including our human existence within that matrix—is unravelling. There are environmental, social, and political dimensions. There are psychological and spiritual dimensions, and they are all interwoven. But the weave is loosening, the integrity of the whole weakening, leading to a collective crisis that threatens the existence of life on Earth as we know it. This is the Great Unravelling.
You already know the signs: neofascism, genocide, and endless war; climate chaos, economic insecurity, and bankrupt political systems. We don’t need to dwell on the details but we do need to be honest that the insanity can seem insurmountable. So what to do?
In this eight-week group we will explore the radically relational nature of reality and build our personal and collective capacity to align with that reality. We can live a life-affirming, relational paradigm right here and now—no matter what!
The relationship revolution calls to us as a way to be agents of transformational change at a time when our responses are crucial to our own sanity and our collective future.

- Experience why the illusion of separateness is the fundamental insanity and why building relational capacity is the basic remedy.
- Look at unhealed trauma and its role in perpetuating separateness and division.
- Learn and practice core principles of restorative justice, the Five Rs of Regenerative Relationships, and many additional capacities.
- Savor and affirm the source energies and methods that unleash the deep freedom required to hold a big picture view and stay resilient.

Praise for the Active Peace Book Group:
The Active Peace Book Group invited me to explore the core practices and the mindset that makes true relationship possible. I truly feel more connected to myself, my neighbors, the world and the planet with an all encompassing consciousness of awareness. Highly recommended!
Scott has created a group experience that bridges his many years of environmental and social activism with his professional restorative practices and personal growth work. Taking it one chapter at a time, he guided us toward a fuller understanding of how to hold turmoil, repair harm and stay grounded.
This book group is like taking a deep dive into one’s self only to find another world and way of being, surrounded by old friends you didn’t know you had. We connected very deeply while opening up new ways of seeing and being. It is good medicine.
Scott’s skill of helping even the shy amongst us to share ourselves verbally is a superb gift. Scott’s deftness at listening and making sure that the group feels comfortable is beyond compare. The lessons on forgiveness and interconnectedness were music to my ears. The sense of community we built over the 12 weeks was healing balm for my soul. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to feel more connected and resilient.
